The backbone to many wonderful organizations and individuals, who are changing communities across our nation, the work of the Core Health team is to ensure that our clients fulfill their mission and improve the conditions within underserved communities. The communities we support face significant barriers to quality health, education, housing, food and economic justice. These barriers are often longstanding but not impenetrable.
